All online, phone & text payments made with debit or credit cards will be charged a $3.00 processing fee. Any utility account with a declined payment will be assessed a $5.00 fee for each declined
attempt.
Any Utility Payments made on accounts in a Cut Off Status AFTER 4:30PM (EST) will be assessed an additional $75.00 AFTER HOURS FEE
if services are reconnected before 8:00AM (EST) the following business day.
